Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address and postcode (optional fields)
• Your vehicle's make, model and year, and the service you are interested in
• Anything you write in the message box
• Any photos you choose to upload (up to 3, JPEG/PNG/WebP/HEIC)

We use this information solely to prepare your quote and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for any other purpose.

When you call us, we see your phone number as part of the call — we do not record calls.

How we store it and how long we keep it

Quote enquiries are stored so we can respond to them and keep a record of the quotes we issue.

We will confirm our retention schedule here — we do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Spam protection

We may add spam protection to the quote form in future. If we do, this notice will explain what it collects.

Cookies

See our cookie policy. In short: we do not use Google Analytics or any tracking cookies on this site.
